Arthur Holland Michel

Arthur Holland Michel is a journalist, an author and a researcher focusing on emerging technologies. His work has appeared in The Economist, The Atlantic, Wired, and The Washington Post, among other outlets. He is the author of "Eyes in the Sky," a book about aerial surveillance technology, published in 2019. He has conducted research for institutions such as the United Nations, the Red Cross, and Chatham House, and he is the founder of the Center for the Study of the Drone at Bard College, where he served as co-director from 2012 to 2020.
